WHAT THE STANDARD LOOKS LIKE

Players

Compete with effort, prepare with purpose, respect teammates and opponents, and represent the jersey before, during, and after every game.

Parents & Families

Support the player first, trust the development process, communicate respectfully, and use the right channels when questions or concerns come up.

Spectators

Cheer for our players, never against kids, respect umpires and opponents, and keep the game environment positive from first pitch to final out.

NON-NEGOTIABLES

NON-NEGOTIABLES

Respect coaches, umpires, teammates, opponents, families, and facilities.

Let players play and coaches coach. Cheer effort, attitude, and team-first actions.

Dugout energy stays focused, positive, and connected to the game.

Questions and concerns move through calm, direct, respectful communication.

COMMUNICATION STANDARD

When emotions are high, timing matters. Use the 24-hour rule for concerns connected to playing time, lineup decisions, conflict, or discipline. Then communicate directly and respectfully through the proper channel.
