Show up early, geared up, fueled, and ready to work before practice officially begins.

Sprint the details, finish every rep, and compete without needing to be reminded.

Respect coaches, teammates, opponents, umpires, facilities, and the game itself.

Speak clearly, listen first, own mistakes, and keep conversations direct and respectful.

Be coachable. Accept correction. Make the next choice better than the last one.

Handle school, home, and team responsibilities with the same standard you bring to the field.

GAME DAY STANDARD

The uniform represents more than the player wearing it. Keep the same standard in the dugout, on the field, and after the final out.

Arrive early, help set up, and prepare with purpose.

Stay engaged, back up teammates, and respond to adversity with composure.

Clean the dugout, thank the people who helped, and leave the place better.
