Cheer With Purpose

Encourage effort, hustle, and team-first plays. Keep the noise positive.

Respect Officials

No arguing balls, strikes, safe, out, or judgment calls from the stands.

No Sideline Coaching

Let the athletes hear one voice. Leave instruction to the coaches and dugout.

Protect Players

Do not criticize players publicly — ours or theirs. Youth athletes are always listening.

Control Emotions

No yelling across the field, taunting, profanity, or behavior that pulls focus from the game.

Represent Forge

Your conduct shapes how opponents, officials, and families experience the program.
